The 9,000 sq ft studio features soaring vaulted ceilings, rustic wooden finishes, professional recording rooms, communal areas and two bedrooms for visiting musicians.

Multiple porches and patios provide space to unwind between sessions.
Next door, the 14,200 sq ft manor house offers seven bedrooms, several with en-suites and private balconies, as well as a grand stone entrance, library, plush living room with an open fireplace, and a sleek oak-fitted kitchen.
Covered walkways connect the buildings, including a striking sky bridge that doubles as a games room with a pool table.

Over the years, the estate has attracted country royalty like Tim McGraw and Carrie Underwood alongside global superstars.
According to the listing, the space has “fostered creativity and focus” for decades by giving artists a retreat from everyday life.
The property, represented by Jamie Parsons of Compass, is on the market for $24 million – offering a rare chance to own a slice of Nashville’s music history.
