The haul was a mix of the bizarre and the valuable. First up was a raw, whole fish, followed by a firework shell, jelly, a tin of Vaseline, and a hairbrush full of grass.

He then found scales, an electric toothbrush, clothing, silent disco headphones – and finally the goldmine: a bumbag stuffed with cash.

Though tempted, Ethan admitted the money should be handed in to lost and found.

He also picked up an iPhone charger, powerbank, thermal blanket and even a frying pan, before tucking into an unopened packet of Haribo.

In total, he estimated he walked away with about £90 worth of salvage.

“This place is such a s**thole,” he said of the campsite.

“Wake up earlier than everyone else” was his tip for anyone hoping to find treasure in the chaos.

Reactions online were mixed.

Some viewers were stunned by the waste left behind, with one commenting: “Everyone should be charged a waste fee.”

Another added: “We as humans should be ashamed for leaving a place in that state.”

Others saw the funny side, with one user quipping: “£70 and a bag of Haribo – that would make my summer.”

This isn’t Ethan’s first viral stunt.

He previously made headlines by trading up cars, starting with a Mini and eventually landing himself a Porsche.
